To determine your ring size measure the inside diameter of a ring that is the same size as the ring you are considering to purchase. The inside diameter should not include the ring itself, just the space inside the ring. Use the scale chart to determine the size in your country code. Example Australia use the A - Z code. The ring in the picture below is around 18 mm inside which is a P in Australian size.
