Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your new jewellery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase Diamond Lovers are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase. Alternatively, Diamond Lovers will refund a sale made through this website if it is returned unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Items exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are found to be faulty

Please send us photos when you jewellery arrives

As part of your 30 days guarantee we offer to you, we require that you send to us a photo/s of your delivered jewellery  to orders@diamondlovers.com.au this is visual proof to us that the jewellery has arrived in a working order and has been signed for by the official person who is nominated to receive the order.

Should you find a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your faulty item, we will confirm your return in writing. You should then post the item back to us at:

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is for items purchased from our website. Any custom order (not displayed on our website) has a 7 day money back guarantee only and may be subjected to restocking fee.

Our return process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in 2-4 business days and your new item will be subject to manufacturing time. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our quality assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweller other than Diamond Lovers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Diamond Lovers return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt

How to prepare a return

To return the jewellery item to Diamond Lovers please follow our simple 2 step process:

Step1: Authorization code

Email us at: returns@diamondlovers.com.au and you will be given a return authorization code and return address details . Write this Authorization code on the bottom of your original invoice.

Step 2: Packaging

Include all original packaging and collateral material.  For security reasons, do not write Diamond Lovers anywhere on the outside of the box. Write the address supplied by us

You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
